We went to VanderLaan's a couple weeks ago to plan my dad's funeral. None of us had any experience with planning a funeral before. Rich and Joanne did a first rate job making us feel at home. They took care of everything from death certificates to catering the memorial service! They have brought the family business into the 21st century by using PowerPoint when creating the obit so everyone can see and decide what is being written.
