The used truck I purchased was in excellent condition and had $3,000 of add ons. It was priced with trucks in worse shape or with accidents on their CarFax. I drove 100 miles to the dealership after work to test drive the truck. They gave me a fair offer for my trade in so I didn’t have to come back for my car. The whole process took about 90 minutes. Vince and Shelby were very kind and professional. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had at a dealership!
I have a 2024 Edge with 16,400 miles on it. Took it in for the WORKS oil change. I always mark my tires to make sure they rotate them. Well, they didn't rotate them. But said they did and checked the brakes. They offered to rotate again. But LOST my trust already. I will NEVER go back to this dealership!!!! I feel the tech saw a vehicle with low miles and decided to pass on brake lining check & rotation. And I always check my oil when I get home. That they passed. NEGATIVE star rating!!
They had open appointments on July 3rd that I reserved a week in advance and their automated system sent me countless reminder emails and texts, only to show up and they are closed for the holiday. Definitely won’t be back to this dealership
