I don't know about these positive reviews but I scheduled an appointment to get my taxes done. Then had to call to reschedule for another day and the guy was very rude trying to talk me into not rescheduling, then he literally hung up on me! Absolutely unprofessional!
I have been doing taxes on my own for years but decided to have a professional do them for the first time. Jameson had answers for every question and great advice on expenses and some of the challenges I was working with. We're in the height of tax season but he still took the time to go over everything with me and make sure I was comfortable before I left his office. Can't recommend CFV & Associates enough!
This team is top notch. They set a whole new precedence in the areas of customer service and professionalism. Going anywhere else would be a mistake. Honorable mentions: Carolyn and Jameson. You two are the best.
