I took my crv in for repair to the sunroof. I had no idea what was wrong with it but KC Clemente in the service dept made sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond. She talked to another department and got it all taken care of. I hope that she's there when I service my vehicle again.
I’m very disappointed with today’s service at this dealership. Since buying my Honda Pilot here, I’ve brought my vehicle back several times for service. Today I was offered a headlight restoration for $206. When I received the car, the first thing I noticed was that the entire front of the vehicle was dirty with wax residue. After I complained, they cleaned it, but the biggest issue was that they refused to restore two small reflectors on the front because they said those were not included in the service.
