always try to upsell you and make you spend money you don tvreally need. spoke to the manager about it and their bad customer service and all I got is a lot of excuses
They knowingly sold us a 2025 lemon and can't seem to get anything done with everything that is wrong with my brand new lemon vehicle. They want to keep my vehicle for such a long time and yet still get nothing done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Bad service and even worse customer service!! They will lie to you either way.
Awful, I was told my truck would be ready in 3-4 days, I got it back after 11 days. My check engine light was on when they gave it back to me, so what exactly did I pay $2900.00 for? They “Cleared” the code, only for it to come back the next day.
Friendly technicians. Went for a recall service and didn’t feel uncomfortable or confused, technician explained it all and my service was complete in a timely manner.
Honestly I would have gave 5 stars except they are lying to their customers saying they need cabin air filter and putting fake pictures on the multi inspection report. I went straight to the parking lot pulled it out and busted them in a flat out lie. I already knew it was a lie because I just replaced it, but I pulled it out to show in my review that they are trying to scam their customers.
