We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from this dealership's service department. Our vehicle sat at this dealership for eight days, yet it appears no inspection was performed during that time. We were told the inspection would take place the day after we dropped it off. We called for an update on the status of the vehicle on almost a daily basis. Our advisor didn't reach out once the 4 weeks our truck was there. He lied about sending in a claim. We asked for a loaner vehicle and was told they didn't have any and we needed to wait til the repair was approved. After warranty approved repairs we still weren't given a vehicle.
