Did Vandergriff send feedback or updates on my vehicle? No. I would have welcomed every other day, but unless I called, I NEVER received an update. Then, once I was called and was told my vehicle would be ready in the morning, it turned out that it wasn’t ready. I made plans based on Vandergriff’s “ready” message. Here goes, left my 2016 Chevy Silverado at the dealership due to sluggish Acceleration. Appt was set for Monday 11th Aug 9am, had it towed to dealership Saturday 9th August before they closed for assessment on Monday. Added to assessment was the LCD display that seems to be possessed at times, but not the major concern, why is acceleration sluggish.
