I had an outstanding experience with the service department. Jason and Michael are kind, honest, and phenomenal to work with. They took the time to address all of my concerns and did an excellent job on my truck. The ladies at the service checkout were friendly, welcoming, and made the checkout process quick and easy. Josh in the parts department always goes above and beyond to help customers, and his customer service is second to none. I truly appreciate the entire team’s professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a 3:00 PM appointment, received a text confirmation, and arrived 10 minutes early, but the service advisor couldn’t even find my appointment in their system. To make matters worse, I was quoted $129 over the phone for an oil change and tire rotation package after they reviewed my service history.
