Do you want a place that just sell you a car and that's it? This is perfect place for you! I waited months for my plates and sticker. I've never received answers for my questions. Do not go to this dealership they are the worst ever don’t just take my word for it read the other reviews. There are many and many stating on how bad this dealership is.
I personally feel disappointment on Chevy Trucks , I bought already 2 Silverado in less then 5 yrs brand new and unfortunately both had being return for mayor service , The first one had it for 1 yrs and the hole dash board display when off , I ended up replacing the truck for a new 2021 Silverado which I love the Brand but after 2 yrs running ok and enjoying the road with my family, now I turn it back for what it feels is a transmission problem and the Service department told me it needs a 3 Weeks just to diagnose the probl... read more
Unacceptable for an appointment to not be honored. Poor customer service, awful communication. Got a letter in the mail for my steering wheel, called and told to bring my 2022 Tahoe in so they can verify the part needed. Did so, they ordered the part. Waited about a week for part to come in. I was called and told it came in and I had an appointment for Thursday August 31 at 11am. Today (August 30) I called to confirm the appointment and there is no record of it.
