Frustrating experience with their loaner department. They ignored me waiting in line for over an hour and said "I forgot about this person", even after I had an appointment for service and a Loaner. They assign a subpar vehicle for a luxury/EV car given for a recall/service. Wish never got a car from them, in first place. This has happened in the past one time as well.
Went in for oil change Kyle over at service got me right!!
