RecommendedMy husband and I took the smoking cessation classes at VCHD and with the awesome support of the staff we are celebrating our 1st year smoke free. We highly recommend anyone trying to quit to check them out. Thank you all!

Just a note to say that our little school, The Garden School is in love with the Health Promotion team that visits schools like ours and does wonderful little programs on hand washing, yoga and other things...These are so well done, and so professional, and the children just LOVE this. Going to set up my times, and anyone reading this who cares for very young children, should do the same. A great set of programs you can count on!!!!!!!!!
