Had the best experience with all of the staff for my surgery with Dr Barrett; registration, pre-op, anesthesia, RNs, etc! Everyone was super sweet & comforting and all had great bedside manner.

I had a very poor experience with Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital Surgery Center. I was scheduled for outpatient surgery. I scheduled and took PTO, adjusted my medications days in advance, I went onsite for a pre-surgery blood test 2 days prior. and followed the required diet restrictions. On the day of the surgery I arrived at my scheduled time of 6:30 AM, only to be told my surgery was canceled due to an “insurance issue” and that I would need to reschedule.
