Staff seems generally clueless. Very unhelpful, not friendly, waste of time. Even if this location is convenient, try to avoid it
Dr. McKeighan is the absolute BEST! She is always kind, attentive, and personal. She helped me with improving my OAB and authentically cares for her patients. Every appointment with her was a delightful experience and would recommend her to anyone needing a urologist. Thank you Tammy!
Dr. Dale has been very helpful to me on my journey with several urological issues. Her credentials, to me, are impeccable and the fact that she's part of the Vanderbilt University community is meaningful. Not every physician gets to practice with Vanderbilt. Terrible . Drove an hour and Got my 89 yr old grandfather out of bed , only to find both elevators were down and “maintenance is on the way “ . There’s an outdoor stairwell on the side , but it’s locked and you have to call someone to open it …. But it’s way too many stairs for my grandfather to climb. The lady in the urology clinic that answered the phone was mean and rude and said she can’t do anything about a broken elevator .. ma’am you represent Vanderbilt and Vanderbilt can have it taken care of .
