Customer service has always been terrible (been a member for like 6 years now). The way they handle problems is backwards and their system/ATMs are 2 decades behind. I'd give them -2 stars if possible.

They can not keep ATMs working!!! ALWAYS down! Don't bank with this place!
I've been a member for 6 years and I have lost track of the number of times my ATM debit card has failed to work and the number of time online purchases from ebay and Amazon have been declined because they thoght the charges were fraudulent. I like the people who work there, they are very friendly but the card processing company they use needs to go.
