THEY cancelled my 4 month appointment without telling me. Now I'm forced to wait another 4 months thanks to the totally untrained staff.
Really good providers. No issues with the good people that work there. 5 stars for them. The low score comes from the cost of services rendered. $318 for 30 min office visit (walk in), $231 for a sarscov/flu test and $98 for a strep test. Called to negotiate some of these and was denied saying the patient billing department doesn't negotiate with patients directly but they would with the insurance. Provider Brewer was very friendly, but after our initial meetings I’ve scheduled two more appts both were cancelled day of by his staff. I get things come up but when you have to cancel perhaps someone else from there could cover your patients. Providers have lives but so do patients and having to schedule my day around our preplanned appointment only to be canceled on Day of isn’t fair
Excellent Dr’s office. Dr. Scholl is a fantastic physician and the nurses who work here are amazing. Nurse Alyssa is amazing and they always remember exactly my name and all of my personal preferences regarding my healthcare. Overall the experience has been a 10/10 every time I’ve been seen here. Can’t recommend highly enough
