Very professional and friendly.
Provider and Nurse are not very helpful, don’t listen to your concerns and needs. They only want to treat/help what they want to. Very delayed response time.
Had a great experience at this clinic. Nurse practitioner, Heather, is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She asked pertinent questions, cared about my concerns, and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I highly recommend her. Nurse Christina was also wonderful.
THEY cancelled my 4 month appointment without telling me. Now I'm forced to wait another 4 months thanks to the totally untrained staff.
