Vanderbilt health services does not allow direct phone calls to their providers/ your doctors. They send messages to the offices. This is ridiculous when you need to speak to someone in the office. I was told by the receptionist to call her back about a prescription. It is a Friday and I am certain I will not receive a call back. I am disabled and cannot go into the office. They do not care if it is a dire emergency situation related to needed prescriptions. Completely ridiculous.
Mrs. Goodwin was very thorough. One of the best experiences I had at a doctor's office. My mom and sister both go to her and love her.
