I'm sure the facility is great, but I'm having some bad heart problems and according to the staff I have to wait almost a month and a 1/2 to get an appointment scheduled. That's not just inconvenient for anyone trying to get some medical help within a reasonable time. But that kind of wait time could effectively contribute to making someone's health or condition worse. It may be just my opinion, but that shows a complete lack in care and respect for Vanderbilt clients and patients. Very very disappointing!

I’m apparently having to reestablish as a brand new patient because my first primary care physician left, they transferred me to another just for that one to leave as well and now I can’t see anyone because they didn’t give me a new primary care physician and they are not taking “new patients” which I’m not because I’ve been going here for 4 years….
Staff is friendly but I had an appointment with my PCP in a month or two. They called to let me know she’s moved on. I asked if there were any other female primary care physicians I could schedule with. I was told there wasn’t, but I could see a nurse. No, I need primary care, thank you. I told them to stop calling me in the middle of the work day and I continued to get calls. They said they’d follow up online but I was unable to reply to the message in MyHealth, which seemed purposeful because they wanted me to call. They c... read more
