Bounchanh Souriyavong, the supervising pharmacist in the Specialty Department, provides extremely poor customer service. I’m not sure how someone with such a lack of follow-up and communication is in a supervisory position. He consistently fails to follow up with patients or address and resolve concerns that are within the department’s scope of practice.
Absolutely horrible, even worse than Walgreens! Hold times range from 45 minutes to a hour and half. Delivery time is 5 to 6 days. I will be switching immediately. I do not recommend!!! Didn’t use to be this way.
Always have wait in chemo pod for 2 hours or more every, every, every time. Waiting on the Pharmacy....
Picked up my meds here after my surgery.
