My family has been very happy with the care my father has received from Dr Gruder. She has fantastic people skills and puts my elderly parents at easy. Kind and compassionate.
Absolutely terrible service here. 2+ months for an appointment availability. Takes them 3-4 days to send your information via fax to another neurologist. If you want to be treated like a number on an assembly line, go here. Was told that because I called 20 minutes too late that I couldn’t get a same day appointment that was completely open for later in the day due to “policy”. Vanderbilt Neurology is top notch. From the moment you walk in the door you feel cared for. Everyone treats you fantastically and the care I have received for a very complicated problem has made a dramatic improvement in my overall health. I travel over 100 miles to see them and am happy to do it. They are the best.
