While I rarely post reviews I feel I have to in this instance to warn people. I started going to this office over a year ago because it was recommended by my OBGYN for a primary care physician. I was trying to get a medication approved through insurance which it wasn't (not their fault) so they put me on a different medication that didn't work and had been causing me excruciating pain.i called and my regular doctor was out so I saw another doctor who prescribed some pain medication that was supposed to help.(it didnt). I have been a patient at this office for about 2 or 3 years, and my experience with the doctor has always been positive. The doctor is knowledgeable, caring, and has provided excellent medical care. Unfortunately, the front office experience has consistently been the opposite. There is one receptionist whose attitude has made nearly every visit unpleasant. The worst office. They only care about numbers and money. This is by far the worst excuse of an office. They won't see you in a pinch when the hospital sends you home and says call them. They blow you off as a patient and say there is no time in the schedule? Wait what? Awful and disgraceful bunch of people.. they never return calls. I had to go in their once after leaving messages for a week..
My appointment was 1:00; I went to wrong address n waited for them to open at 12:45; only to find out I was at wrong suite 100 address; so I tried calling a couple times n got recordings. I arrived right at 1:00 n the correct suite 100 only to find out my doctor didn't wait 5 minutes for me n left for the day!! THIS IS SO WRONG!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
