I had two women care for me today. They were Misty and Maidith (sorry about the spelling) these two were kind, professional, amazing. I also liked that they were so friendly. They explained every question I had with grace. This practice is lucky to have them! Thanks! Sincerely. Kathleen
Went for a scrotal ultrasound. I told Kim (the ultrasound tech) that I was uncomfortable with a female ultrasound tech. She proceeded to make inappropriate comment. Incredibly unprofessional and made me feel Incredibly uncomfortable.
I was greeted so nicely, I wish I could remember the man at the front desks name because he greeted me with his name and asked how he could assist me, but I was so taken back by the greet because I am not used to being greeted that way by anyone at vanderbilt that I lost all train of thought at that point. He was so friendly and checked me in quickly. I walked in the door at 2:10 for my CT scan and was out the door by 2:22. Crazy quick!! Absolutely recommend this office!!
I had called the Estimate department regarding pre payment and they stated I didn't need to pay pre payment and to tell the front desk that I wanted to be billed through my insurance. I did so but the associate insisted I pay something...I didn't bring payment due to what I was told by the Estimate dept and offered $5.00 cash and then he chose to allow me through without paying.
