I had called the Estimate department regarding pre payment and they stated I didn't need to pay pre payment and to tell the front desk that I wanted to be billed through my insurance. I did so but the associate insisted I pay something...I didn't bring payment due to what I was told by the Estimate dept and offered $5.00 cash and then he chose to allow me through without paying. Friendly and caring staff from the front door to out the door. They made our experience as comfortable as possible...for both our patient and our family. If necessity requires, we would happy use Vanderbilt Imaging Services - Midtown in the future. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. The male receptionist was very polite. The waiting time was reasonable. My ultrasound tech, Misty, was exceptionally thorough and detail oriented with my imaging. I felt assured that I was in competent hands.
They will just send your bill to collections without sending you a bill. I’m not even sure they know what they are doing when it comes to ultrasounds because they missed some important stuff. Just do yourself a favour and get your images done somewhere else.
Don’t book an appointment here if it’s important and you need it. They will just cancel you last minute without your knowledge and then be completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Especially a 7:00 am Monday morning appointment. Do better Vanderbilt. People coming to you are actually in pain and in need and have other schedules in their life to maintain aside from yours.I guess honoring your commitments is a thing in the past.
