Very pleasant people who made a spinal MRI a walk in the park. They happily burned a disc with my imaging that was ready as soon as I walked back into the lobby. Excellent
Look, I get a lot of MRIs - somewhere around 1 a year for the last decade. I dread them usually, primarily due to radiology techs having to dig around in my arm with the needle when trying to insert a line for contrast. The guy at Vanderbilt Midtown - my guess is he was mid-30s, had dark hair and a beard - is the first ever radiology technician to hit a vein in my arm on the very first try. The map wasn’t updating distance while driving, voice instructions were working, but without the distance, so it was more difficult to navigate thru the city
I had two women care for me today. They were Misty and Maidith (sorry about the spelling) these two were kind, professional, amazing. I also liked that they were so friendly. They explained every question I had with grace. This practice is lucky to have them! Thanks! Sincerely. Kathleen
