I waited over 4 months for this appointment and have sat in a room for over 45 minutes after already sitting in the waiting room for 25 because I arrived on time. I guess respect and health really don’t matter to Vanderbilt anymore. What’s the point of making an appointment if you aren’t going to honor it?

I have had some very pleasant and positive experiences with this clinic, Dr. Akinjogbin seems to show a deep commitment to her patients’ health and progress. I have struggled with blood pressure for a long time and she has taken an interest in optimizing my condition and guiding me in changes so I can meet my goals. Besides being professional, Dr. Akinjogbin is also very friendly and personable. I really appreciate her and this clinic. I had an appointment at the Vanderbilt Heart Clinic, located at 100 Oaks Mall, yesterday for a vascular ultrasound to rule out a blood clot. My appointment was at 2pm, and I arrived at 1:30 to check in. I checked in with a man named Gregory who stated I was “good” and to have a seat and wait to be called back. At 2:45 I still had not been called back so I went to the registration desk and asked when I might be called, advising my appointment was at 2pm.
