I had a wonderful experience at the Lebanon VHI! I had a heart attack and was taken to another hospital because VMC Nashville was on diversion! I was transferred the next day to the Lebanon facility who immediately got me in for the catch that showed 90 percent blockage of aorta and 49-50 blockage of the RV. Had an appointment today. The assistant was so rude and disrespectful, I left. Only to find that I had an ECG and didn’t see a doctor. The test showed up on my medical chart. How can that be? Obviously this could be a hippa issue because it must be someone else’s test. I’m upset cause they will probably try to run it through my insurance. Very unprofessional!
