Waste of time-Zero accountability from staff! Made appointment for Covid vaccine, filled out the pre-visit, received the proper confirmation. When I arrived at the clinic they asked me why I was there? I told them I had appointment for Covid injection. I was then informed that they no longer offer covid shots at the walk-in clinic!
I go here for my PCP. I have had 0 issues here. It has been fantastic. Keep up the good work.
Just go to the hospital. This place has zero communication from the staff. The employees all drag their feet and clearly hate being at work. I brought my almost 1 year old in for a rash. I waited two hours before getting in a room. Then i had to leave to go pickup my older child from school. I couldn’t find any staff to let them know I needed to leave. The nurses are great, that's about all I can say about this clinic. Vanderbilt really needs to make some changes here.
It's my go to Healthcare choice for urgent visits. The staff are wonderful.
