I’ve called five times and they have told me someone will give me a call back about placing my daughter‘s order. My daughter is completely out of NG tube supplies. And I’ve yet get a call back

Option Care used to be awesome. I had 1 lady that took care of us whenever I called she knew us and what was needed! Here lately at least the past year Its horrible service! If you can even get someone to answer and not get hung up on then its people arguing with you over sending a mickey button like she can just do without!! Pharmacy team is not helpful. I've had calls on Monday to fill medicine to be sent on Tuesday, but that medicine never came and luckily the nurse, Chris, who is a wonderful and helpful person, informed us there was some sort of insurance issue. However, no one from the pharmacy team informed us they'd known there was an issue since Monday, so we could try to get ahead of it and try to reach out to doctors and insurances before our child's scheduled Wednesday infusion. I believe there are great people that work at Option Care, but they are short staffed and it shows in their service. We are now a half of a month into trying to get my daughters feeding supplies with no end in sight. We are out and have been. I’ve had situations where there are hold ups or people forgetting to order our enteral supplies for my daughter after I’ve called and “placed” the order.
