My daughter got an infection in her blood stream bc they refused to give her more tips for her IV. She's been miserable. She's been in and out of the hsptl multiple times bc of this. This wasn't the first time she used them. The first time they sent an antique pole and a hanging bad instead of a bulb. The reason was bc it was Friday. DON'T USE THIS PLACE!
The Nashville office is head and shoulders above any other office I dealt with. They did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it.
BEWARE!! This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with! We first started with them April 2024 and it was fine until October 2024 when my insurance changed. Which I notified them about in Sept 2024 when I knew of the upcoming change. Come November they advise me I have a 900$ bill for 2 orders placed in October, except that I didnt order and they confirmed there was no order BUT told me their billing dept and their order dept dont communicate so they'd look into it. I get my bi-weekly injections sent from here each month. They are great about calling me when it’s time to reorder. They handled all the insurance hoops. After 2 months off due to big insurance deductible, my PMR pain was off the charts. They set this up as soon as that got paid and their delivery driver even came all the way out to the boonies to deliver my meds on July 4th! You cannot ask for better service. Period.
This is an excellent service, before this we had to drive our daughter for four hours to Vanderbilt hospital to have her infusions. It was very costly and hard on her and us as well. Option care called and solved all our problems. We had a wonderful nurse Christina, she was sweet and knowledgeable. She helped get in touch with Vanderbilt over medications we couldn’t get refilled and had them sent immediately.
