I used to love Option Care and, overall, I’ve had good experiences with them. I have a 4-year-old child with a rare genetic disorder who relies on a G-tube for nutrition and hydration. For years, I’ve never had issues ordering and receiving his supplies. Recently, however, the process has changed. They are amazing and Mariah was more then just some lady personally! Our visit was the best part of our visit and we learned so much from her! While she cared enough to personally support our family journey and me!! It was what I needed in life that moment and didn’t even know it! She was a wonderful person and I highly recommend them for anyone needed care and education to care for loved ones or themselves at home when the nurses are gone! This company will delay your meds and supplies over and over and over. They do not care about your well being whatsoever. If you value your life and health stay far far away from this company.

They are awful, if you can get them to answer the phone. The menu when you call says "we treat patients like family". I hope you don't trat your family the way you treated me. They were very rude and condescending. The never had all the supplies I asked for, so I had to wait a day or two to get what they left out. On more then one occasion they forgot to send my order at all. They would also not send the correct amount of meds. Not sure how this will come out because leaving reviews is really not my thing but the team at Nashville's location is worth me at least trying , they are very professional ,very kind very helpful and hav⁷mie taking great care of me .I have a new PICC line in my arm and have been really worried about it but I know I'm in good hands there their nursing staff keeps everything around us clean and sterile to the level that in my few visits there they have taken 95 % of my anxiety out of the equation ,and before being treated the... read more
