Front office Staff takes forever to chek-in and No greats. . Elevator was not working, where older people have no choice but to take stairs.

I waited over an hour before my doctor came in and they charged my insurance over $1,300 for routine bloodwork. I ended up with a $300 bill for a standard physical. Never going back.

Had a great experience. Really quick visit from check-in to check-out, no issues taking blood and MD was not in a rush and answered all questions. Also had blood test results in just a few hours. Dr Cumberledge and nurses were great.

Tech don't have an education to be techs. Techs dropped a bloody gauze on the floor when my dad said u don't use it on him she still tried to use it on me. When she was drawing blood from me it took her 4 times and still had to get someone that still wasn't smarter enough to be a tech to help. My arm looked like a dart board after it was all over. Very unprofessional and should make the techs go back to tech school.
