If I could, I’d give this place a 0. They’re absolutely useless. The entire process is rough and completely unprofessional. People come to the emergency room because they have an urgent situation, yet you’re forced to sit there waiting for at least four to five hours. And for just a single X-ray, they charged me nearly $7,000. I honestly don’t know if this place is a hospital or a group of bandits. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. And I’ve had a few due to my rare SMA Syndrome. The GI laparoscopic team doctor I seen was absolutely incompetent. He talked to my husband and I like we were dumb and I may not have a medical degree but this is MY DISORDER THAT IM BEING FORCED TO LIVE WITH because of terrible doctors like him…I HAVE done my research on the condition I am unfortunately stuck with at the moment. 11 hours to see a doctor.
If I could do zero stars I would get in ER about 4 it is now 7:38 every hour I get a text they are working on getting a space yet there is not one. Came in today with headache, neck stiffness and pain, nausea, among other things blood pressure was taken which was 159/103 I could hear my heart beating out of my chest pulse was 119 I was asked to piss in a cup because of course they assumed I was on drugs sitting in the waiting room I check the my health at Vanderbilt app and mysteriously my blood pressure was changed need I m... read more
