Currently just walked in the emergency room to be seen had a surgery procedure on Tuesday and they call me to the back to give me a bed in the hallway …. Literally trifling as I waited in the waiting area and even in the intake nurses where just gossiping and very loud using profanity and etc and now I have insurance and I am currently sitting on a bed in the hallway . Is this what we pay taxes for or even insurance at this point if I did not need to be seen I would walk out it’s unsanitary and inhumane
This Emergency Room has no room. Y'all need to do better. Make more room for your people. This is a huge town with a tiny, understaffed ER. We left after waiting 15 hours with no end in sight!
Terrible experience. 7.5 hours later still waiting for an emergent visit. Glad no one has died yet . They may not notice til next week
Sat in the ER for an hour before leaving without being triaged before leaving to go to another hospital. An hour after that I got a text that they were looking for me. Which means I would have waited two hours just to be triaged.
