I was really disappointed today when I called at 7:45 AM requesting to bring my sick son to be seen and to be denied. I stressed that he had been in screaming ear pain for 2 1/2 hours the night before (he’s 8 and has ear tubes). I was told my provider (PA) wasn’t there and I couldn’t bring my son in until a message was sent to the nurse. Again, my son was in pain and I wanted him to be seen by any ENT Dr. he could. After hanging up I called my pediatrician and my son was seen the next hour. Again, very disappointing.
Horrible experience they do not care for our children or our time! Dont take your kids here if you value their hearing.
My 5 year old had her surgery here for tube's in her ears. I loved the nurses and surgeon but my daughter started having problems after 3 days; I called in and they said a nurse would get back to me but never did...They are very nice and made her procedure very comfortable for her though! Just wished they would have kept contact with me afterwards better.
I don’t usually write reviews, but our experience left a lot to be desired. We got there early in case we needed to fill out paperwork and I ended up regretting that bc we didn’t get seen until 45min after our appointment time. It was an 8:30am appointment, so I don’t know why they were already running that much behind.
