Terrible experience. Don’t bring your babies here. They have lost sight of their why. I can’t even bring myself to list my experience. This place needs an overhaul.
Hospitals suck. But all this wonderful people made our stay a wonderful experience. Nurses doctors. Everyone was nice to us kept us informed. Anything we and our son needed they were there for us.
Absolutely love this place!! They have done wonders for my niece and have been wonderful to us. She has undergone 4 surgeries since I’ve had custody of her and they have been great
17 HOURS. 17 HOURS of my life wasted. 7PM-11AM!!!! Waiting and waiting. My sister had a fever of 104.1 and the nurses acted with no sense of urgency. We saw 3 ENTIRE shifts change in front of our eyes and the desk people just look at you and talk crap with a attitude. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there , and some nurses were doing more than the others. COMPLETELY CHAOTIC. My sistets vitals were taken 7 different times.
