The wait was over three hours and counting to even get back to a room. We STILL have not seen a doctor or a nurse. My child was triaged a 3 and was tachycardic at 165 on triage with a temp of 102. Symptoms were: ongoing migraine, Inability to move a very sore and stiff neck, and an inability to breathe without pain and pressure. They had no quiet room for her to wait. We were transferred here after Tenova in Clarksville wouldn't attempt to get a bead piece out of my 4 year old daughters ear (not their fault it was just too close to the ear drum). The staff was all very friendly and kind. We were there for a while which is fine as I understand priority. They did amazingly well with her and were as gentle as could be when trying to place an IV to knock her out. Only reason my review is 2 stars and not 1 is because the nurses were genuinely pretty good. But I will never return to this place. They're ridiculously slow and the level of care is in the basement. I thought I was doing my child a favor by taking her here. Definitely was not. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Changed to 1 star after they failed to call me back with test results. Our child received no care at all to at least bring her some relief from her symptoms. Never again.
