Rude staff and very slow. My poor baby was suffering but no one cared.
The wait was over three hours and counting to even get back to a room. We STILL have not seen a doctor or a nurse. My child was triaged a 3 and was tachycardic at 165 on triage with a temp of 102. Symptoms were: ongoing migraine, Inability to move a very sore and stiff neck, and an inability to breathe without pain and pressure. They had no quiet room for her to wait. We were transferred here after Tenova in Clarksville wouldn't attempt to get a bead piece out of my 4 year old daughters ear (not their fault it was just too close to the ear drum). The staff was all very friendly and kind. We were there for a while which is fine as I understand priority. They did amazingly well with her and were as gentle as could be when trying to place an IV to knock her out.
