Nurses and staff are excellent and professional. Our newborn was a bit extra fussy but everyone we encountered tried their best to accommodate. All staff from attending to nurses always explained everything very clearly - minimal jargon and easily understood. Being admitted was a bit slow due to room shortage and the room was makeshift. But these types of things happen and should be expected. I’ve been to a few ERs in a few different states (unfortunately) and this was the best experience I’ve had.
