Got a call this morning on the day of our appointment that they need to reschedule AGAIN! This will now be the 3rd time we have had this rescheduled and all we get as a reason is that the provider won't be in. Are you freaking kidding me??? How hard is it to schedule appointments and the provider honor that? If I called Vanderbilt at 9:00 this morning to cancel or reschedule our appointment for today, I would be charged. If it was possible, would be zero.... Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for a Tuesday because that's the only day the providers are in the office in Hendersonville. Made sure 3 times to clarify with scheduling that the appointment was in the Hendersonville office. Took time off work and showed up for the appointment only to be told that our appointment was in Nashville. Nothing makes sense. Wasted time and money to get my kid into see the GI doctor for continued UC/Crohns symptoms that we've had to wait weeks for and then... read more
We moved and need to change locations and they wont allow my daughter to see a different provider. The provider does not go to the location closest to my house
