If I could leave zero stars for this place, I would. We got set up to go to this facility by our Pediatrician. Prior to the visit, we got sent an estimate through email two weeks prior to the visit for $411.22. It did not say this was specifically for the office visit only. We go to the outpatient clinic and have an echocardiogram followed by a three minute visit with the provider to say everything was good, and he would see us if needed in the future. Staff was phenomenal! Dr explained everything thoroughly and was very kind.it was a very pleasant experience!
My niece and I are very grateful today! We have been searching for answers for so long for some struggles she has been having. Today, we met some amazing staff members who were attentive and thorough. After years of searching, we finally have a diagnosis. We didn’t meet anyone who was cross or rude. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We truly appreciate this staff and all that they do!
Their front desk representative is so bad. As soon as I enter they ask us if We got called in or not, instead of Hi or Hello. Of course, we went there because we have appointment. So rude employee only 1 star from me.
