I’m sad to say I had a very poor experience here. We saw Michele Gibson O’Grady for the first 20 weeks of my pregnancy. Because it’s my first pregnancy, I didn’t realize until after talking to some friends how abnormal it is for a provider to focus so much on body weight. She brought up my weight in every single appointment (including the first), regardless of whether it stayed the same, changed a little, or went up a lot. The women at this office are wonderful. Michele is very kind and patient. I truly appreciate her knowledge and expertise. The nurses here are wonderful as well!

I went there for a routine woman’s wellness visit that should have been totally covered under insurance for a yearly exam. Instead they coded it where I have to pay $140.19 in which is wrong. Just because they say it was a new patient. So this is the way you treat your new customers. Be aware new patients that they over charge your account refuse to code it as a normal wellness visit as it is and your woman’s wellness visit is far from free as it is supposed to be.
