If I could give zero, I absolutely would. The woman at the front desk for the urgent care side decided it would be fun to make fun of an older gentlemen that came to the wrong Vanderbilt Clinic and stated it was hilarious because he had been to the other clinic multiple times, listing his appointment dates out loud for the entire waiting room of patients to hear. Not-So-Fun Fact: Memory issues do exist among the elderly, as I’ve had first hand experience with family members dealing with the onset of dementia coupled with hea... read more

Dr. Madhav Boyapati is a complete joke. I saw him 3/20/25 at the Vanderbilt Center for Women’s Health Lebanon. I’m on a 2+ year journey to try and get diagnosed with Endometriosis. I was told he was a Endometriosis specialist by the front desk and when I showed up and found out otherwise I was beyond upset because we drove from Huntsville to see him. I told him all of my symptoms and he pretty much told me none of them are associated with endometriosis, like sciatic pain. 🤣 ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! That is a very common symptom... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Mary Lou. She truly took the time to get to know me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, and she patiently addressed all of my concerns and questions. Her ability to ease my anxiety, especially around certain topics, was incredibly reassuring. She also shared clear, helpful information and explained the protocols in a way that made everything feel more manageable. Highly recommend!

Called to get a prescription refilled and was told they sent in a note to my pharmacy to have it filled, went to my pharmacy and was told they called in the wrong prescription. Called my doctor again and was very clear on which prescription I needed refilled and the instructions were even read back to me over the phone correctly. Went back to my pharmacy the next day and they still called in the wrong prescription. It is now Saturday and the office is closed so I spoke with the on call provider, was told the wait time for a ... read more

Don’t go to Mary Lou Smith. I went to her for my first pregnancy And when I was giving birth, she left the hospital right when I arrived. She was nice enough so I was going to use her for my second pregnancy. She didn’t remember me. I never saw her. I would just see whatever provider they had available. Because why would I stress myself out trying to make appointments that she will be present for? She’s just gonna leave when you go into labor. Watching other women get supported by the same provider through their whole pregna... read more
