Literally had to be called back STEPHANIE THE SECRETARY says “due to no response I will be hanging up”. I’m saying hello on repeat then she starts rattling off the number to call back and I yell into the phone “CAN YOU HEAR ME” and she pauses and stutters a goodbye and hangs up. My experience at Vanderbilt Health Lebanon has been very good and satisfying. First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Adam Drew Huggins Heather L Potts, Kelli Wilson, Kara Elizabeth Leko. They listened to all my concerns very patiently and never made me feel rushed. The respect and understanding they showed me, especially in matters like mental health and screening made me feel very safe. I went to this facility after struggling in pain for 15 years. Initially, I got a caring provider, but it went down hill really quick after that. I had an ultrasound, which showed a cyst on my ovary, I was scheduled for a follow-up to check on the cyst. Before the ultrasound, I knew the cyst had ruptured, based on symptoms, but I went ahead with the follow-up. At the follow-up a uterine polyp was found (which I've never had before). Gave this facility a second try. They're very fast and attentive to their patients and listen! Ladies at the front desk are kind and care about their clients. Haven't had a problem mobing forward. Glad I gave them a second chance!
