Do not waste your time. Everyone here is rude, you cannot get ahold of them and now I’m being told I was dropped as a patient because they referred me to their MFM clinic at Vanderbilt children’s hospital. After receiving hard news at MFM clinic we wanted a 2nd non Vanderbilt opinion and we found an MFM in Franklin but they needed a referral to make an appointment. Strictly based on the administrative staff. They’re terrible. We waited almost twenty minutes for them to check us in. For no apparent reason other than incompetence.

My wife unfortunately has had to receive care from Vandy for OB/GYN in Lebanon. Best word to summarize the experience would be INCOMPETENCE. The providers do not even take the time to talk with patients. Even worse, they completely falsify charting by stating they talk about things they never even mention in the room. Hopefully Vandy leadership sees this review and takes action. I highly recommend ANY OTHER GROUP than Vanderbilt.

i called this office to schedule an appointment and heard complaints from the receptionist about my insurance. i use blue cross blue shield, one of the most well known insurances… after being told that she doesn’t understand my insurance, i had to get on a three way call with my insurance company and this office to validate my insurance that i’ve used my ENTIRE LIFE. after sitting on the phone for an hour, they finally validate my insurance and make me an appointment. i drive an hour each way to this appointment only because... read more

I didn’t have my prenatal done here but my birth experience was at this hospital. I could not say enough good things about the nurses, doctors, and services I was provided. They took INCREDIBLE care of my daughter and myself. She had some oxygen level issues so I wasn’t able to get the full time chest to chest, but because it was important to me they gave me a few seconds to just get her to cry and establish a connection. I can’t say enough great things about my care before and after my birth with this facility!
