I saw Dr. Lotshaw for two months, and I regret doing so. I paid over $500 for the consultation, but many of my questions went unanswered. In the end, I found myself relying on ChatGPT to get the information and explanations I was looking for, which was very disappointing given the cost of the visit.
Dr richard lotshaw is rude and careless. I waited an hour to see him, and he walked in saying I didn’t read your report but if you have any questions let me know via mychart. He needs to go!!! Provided 0 patient care. Very dangerous to the society.
The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I still had to wait for hours to see the doctor. The lack of respect for patients’ time and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience
