The provider I see Soheyl B. Asadsangabi is wonderful and very courteous but the woman with the short blonde haircut at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I recently suffered a miscarriage and needed follow up care just to make sure everything was okay so I walked in to see if she had any availability today. Marcia Salinas displayed some of the most unprofessional treatment I’ve received from a medical professional. If you value your time and quality care I would certainly recommend finding somewhere else. I called 25 minutes ahead of my appointment to notify the office I was stuck in traffic & would be 10 minutes late. The front desk staff member was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. When I approached the desk, there was no greeting, only a demand for my name and date of birth. I attempted to explain that my usual location is Cool Springs and that I had been sent to this location solely to provide a urine sample. Dr. Mata is the best! She has a calming demeanor while being thorough and ensuring you get the best care possible. SO sweet and caring. I moved from NY and needed a new OBGYN and I'm so glad to have found her!!
