I was denied a request for an ultrasound by Dr Natalie Walker during my last visit a month ago when I expressed having abnormal cramps, she told me to wait it out. I waited a month and sure enough the cramps got worse, to the point where they scared me. Called the office and was denied a same day visit and told they don’t do that and they don’t do same day ultrasounds and to go to the ER. I had such a wonderful experience at Vanderbilt Women’s Health. I especially want to recognize Debbie C. at the front desk — she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was so sweet, helpful, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. It’s clear she truly cares about the patients and enjoys what she does. Thank you, Debbie, for making my visit such a positive one! You’re a true asset to the office.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my NP, Marissa McGlaughlin, and my OB, Chelsea Fechter. They were both incredibly empathetic, supportive, and truly went above and beyond during my appointment.
