The person I spoke to on the phone was nice but constantly interrupted. She scheduled me for the wrong person. I didn’t receive a call about it until the day I drove 2 hours for the appointment. There was no chance to change my appointment for the right person. The person that called me told me to call the hearing aid company as a solution. I had spoken to the hearing aid company already which advised me to find an Audiologist. So, not much of a solution.
I had an outstanding experience with Vanderbilt Audiology. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was receiving truly expert care. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had the right treatment and products for my needs. My grandparents have both gone to Dr. Sarah Powell for their hearing aids, and each time she has been excellent. She's a natural teacher and very easy to understand. Each time she's recommended great hearing aids and tuned them to perfection. Both of my grandparents are very happy with their hearing aids.
2 weeks ago I sent in my Hearing Aid for Repair. I've heard nothing since! 😂😂😅😂🤣 Amy and Kierstyn are the best!!!
