The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They cancelled 3 consecutive shot appointments that were made by them in the office recently and when I asked for an explanation, they had none. Told me someone would call me, and no one has in 3 days. I showed up last week for a shot appt confirmed in the MyHealth portal, only to find all the VASAP staff were gone for the day.
