Called on Tues for a quote and provided all my info. I was told they'd get back to me in a day or two. I called Thurs. and told them I was on a fairly tight time line and needed the quote by the end of the day Fri. to make a decision by Monday morning. I was told they would get me a quote first thing Fri morning, four days later and still haven't heard back so went with a different company.
I called over a week ago. The person who answered phone said "hello", I had to ask if I was calling the correct number; transferred to Chris, gave him the info he asked for & I haven't heard back; I asked what separated them from other companies, he stumbled & didn't really answer. I have moved on.
Love this company - they research and help with all kinds of insurance, auto, house, farmland, commercial -- very kind family business!
Vander Vorst saved me over 750 dollar's over my previous Insurance company. Very Happy!
