My husband and I rented a Vander camper van for a 10 day trip to the Great Smoky Mountains at the end of May. Being off the grid for 10 days is good for the soul. We were extremely happy with the van and how easy it was to pick up and drop it off. Justin was very helpful in all respsects, from the check out process to alerting us to the best place to buy gas when we were returning the van. Our entire rental experience was great from beginning to end. The reservation process was easy. Justin was very helpful and explained everything. The equipment in the van was super simple to use. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. The van seemed roomy enough for 2, but small enough to park in a normal parking space. The battery system was robust enough to allow for camping without being plugged in. Thanks for the introduction to Van life.
I just finished up three nights in Shenandoah National Park in Vander's Cascade Camper Medium Van. Justin was excellent with the logistics of picking it up and going over everything. He took his time and was very patient, friendly and organized. I have never rented a van like this and have not camped since I was a teenager, many years ago. Del 6 al 10 de marzo alquilamos una "van" mi hijo de 13 años, mi sobrino de 15, y yo y nos hemos ido a West Virgina, un sitio precioso y maravilloso. If you need a rental van this is DEFINITELY the place to go through!! Justin was SO informative and helpful throughout the whole process, and was extremely flexible with our drop off time at the end since we had a flight to catch and we were cutting it super close. My bestfriend and I rented the Appalachia for a music festival and it was nothing short of perfect.
