Excellent service. I came in needing an oil change, brake pads changed, and new tires. Blain helped give me tire recommendations, suggesting tires from different price points, purposes, and mileage. I ended up choosing the best value option. The tires had to be ordered and shipped, but they still got it all done within 6 hours! It also turned out that my brake pads still had 40-50% left so we kept them. They were very transparent about it. I normally do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this transaction.The price was fair, but the way my daughter was treated was unacceptable.My daughter visited the shop with a noticeable bulge in the rear passenger-side tire. At that point, the salesperson treated her fairly, ordered the replacement tire, and scheduled her return appointment. I’ve been to Vander Hamm twice for repairs, once to get tires, and once to replace some worn out suspension and front end parts. One repair was misdiagnosed, but they comped the whole invoice and didn’t fight me on it. Turns out my 05 Xterra’s auto-traction control just makes an awful grinding noise. Another time, when my ignition coils went out, I limped the car to the shop over the weekend and by Tuesday morning they were done. 8월 11일 타이어와 브레이크패드 그리고 로터를 교체하기를 원하여 방문하였습니다. 타이어는 원하는 등급과 비슷한 타이어로 더 좋은 딜을 권유해 주었고, 바로 다음날 오후에 정비가 가능하다고 하여 예약하고 진행하였습니다. 로터는 확인 후 교체하지 않아도 된다고 하였고 브레이크패드도 뒤쪽만 바꾸면 된다고 하였습니다. 정직한 곳입니다. 추천합니다
