Shop was friendly and helpful. They did good work and charged reasonable prices. They also diagnosed an issue on my vehicle, but they did not push to fix it and offered advice in case I wanted to fix it myself.
Vander Hamm is the best!! They replaced my tires a few months ago and when I had an issue with my car recently, they got me in right away and took care of it. They're honest and reliable!
Highly recommend this family owned, full service garage for all your automotive service needs, including of course tires. Prompt, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking people work here.
My previous review (all still completely true): Very competitive prices and great service. I know a bunch of people who use Vander Hamm Goodyear for a lot of car work because they do great work and if they something needs to be fixed to really does. An anecdote: I bought a set of tires from them. At about 70K miles they developed a bit of a shimmy, so I took it in and said I guessed it was time for new tires. Been here before, when they were open on the weekends and it was great. Now the hours of operation they have, are horrible if you work from 9 to 5. You would need to tell your job that you're going to be late to drop off your vehicle and leave work early to pick it up. Worst hours in the Davis area for a shop.
