I spoke with the most delightful employee. She was polite on the phone and very welcoming and informative in person. I don't remember her name but she was fluent in English, Portuguese and Italian. Portuguese being her native language. Hopefully this review makes it to her. Thank you so much for your patience and all your help. I look forward to picking my up "watch" with a new battery soon.
I had an amazing experience creating a custom signet ring with Debora. She listened to my ideas, was enthusiastic about the project and applied her design skills beyond my imagination. I am blown away by the final product and would absolutely work with her again!
We have been shopping at Vandenberg’s for several years. Our go to for fine jewelry. Ralph, Chelsea, Shelley, Guillermo and Debora have been so helpful over the years. Today we found out they will be celebrating fifty years of business next year. Congratulations Ralph!
