Rent 2023 $ 315.00, when Lasso Communities began managing Vandemere in Greenville, NC lot rent 2024 $ 421.00 2025 $ 525.00. 100.00 increase per year (it is one of the most expensive trailer parks) and it is not the best, I forgot something there are fines for any violation of the regulations of $ 100.00 or more and there is an infestation of stray cats and dogs, the parking lot is located near a river and also has the worst school district and there is a sewage plant nearby.
Very good, quiet and orderly community to live in.
The Landlord was really nice and humble to work with me through the process getting a home. He is a driven man to get you where you need to be in a home. Check him out Mr.Kelly his name.
Vandemere mobile home park seems to be a very nice and clean quiet mobile home park. I have work with Mr. Kelly during my application process for obtaining a home in this mobile home park. The process was very easy and he was a wonderful and pleasant person to work with. I am looking forward to moving into my new home soon.
