The dog from the address 1629 deejay ln is constenly loose and he goes under My house and destroys everthing and they said that they dont want no dogs and that dog is not a small dog
Rent 2023 $ 315.00, when Lasso Communities began managing Vandemere in Greenville, NC lot rent 2024 $ 421.00 2025 $ 525.00. 100.00 increase per year (it is one of the most expensive trailer parks) and it is not the best, I forgot something there are fines for any violation of the regulations of $ 100.00 or more and there is an infestation of stray cats and dogs, the parking lot is located near a river and also has the worst school district and there is a sewage plant nearby.
Very good, quiet and orderly community to live in.
The Landlord was really nice and humble to work with me through the process getting a home. He is a driven man to get you where you need to be in a home. Check him out Mr.Kelly his name.
