Having dealt with these folks for over 25 years, I guess the new ownership has forgotten what customer service is supposed to be.****BUYER BEWARE**** They are NOT the same company!!! I've probably spent 20k + over the years but no more! They installed carpet on my stairs and landing, which was bowed and lifting in several spots after 5 years, through no fault of ours.
