I have never been treated so badly by a business before. They lie about their services accompanying your purchase with them, they lie about their markup prices, and they yell and swear at their customers over the phone. This not only includes their employees, but the owner of the store. I was appalled and had I known I would have been treated this way, I would have taken my business elsewhere without hesitating.
I had to get a new head for a ring and a diamond replaced for a lost setting. After I ordered a new head I was told they would not be able to get the repair done in the week I gave them after they said they could fix it. I told them the only reason why I dropped the ring off, was because they said they could fix the ring in time for Christmas. The ring was fixed in time, but when I asked for a box for the ring I had to fight for it. He said he would sell me a box, but I had to remind him I just paid $350 to get the ring repa... read more
