Was looking forward In having my deck done. Reached out and spoke to Andre who asked what I was looking for and to send him pictures. I discussed what I wanted and sent him pictures along with the measurements of my deck. This was 6/22 didn’t hear back so reached out again a week later. It has been now 3 weeks later and no call back. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this company. Not a good way to do business.
Vandeck Builders exceeded my expectations. I called for a quote to get a complete deck remodel and Andriy was at my place for the estimate within 24 hours. Price was reasonable and the proposal was sent promptly. The job was started within 30 days of signing the proposal and finished within 7 working days. I would recommend Vandeck to everyone and definitely plan on using them again in the future.
