I have been a long time established patient of Dr.setia’s. Most recently I made an appointment for a medication refill and rescheduled it ONCE. I was extremely sick and still managed to communicate with her office to reschedule that appointment and asked if it could be changed to a sick visit or telehealth. Tracy who works at the front was extremely RUDE. I was told this was my eighth “no show/reschedule” which is not true. Nor is that policy stated anywhere. Probably the most frustrating experience I've had with the doctor in my life. I have the low deductible insurance and they charge about $230/visit (my friend's doctor a block away charges half that); Dr. Setia Will encourage you to come back regularly and roll her eyes when you express financial concerns, and there's also a very good chance she does not listen to you when you raise concerns about your health. She is always nice and understanding
Dr Setia is the best doctor —and I should know— I’ve had doctors galore since I’ve had breast cancer and acute leukemia. First, she listens when you talk , and responds to your concerns. She never rushes you, just waits for you to explain. She then with you makes a decision based on all their info she has gleaned from your lab work and your input. She is always kind and supportive. Her staff is fine . I know all of their names, not only because they help me, but because they have a lot of responsibility—they are always busy.... read more
