This physician put in my medical record specific information about an exam she never did. That's fraud. She never touched me. Her medical assistant took my blood pressure twice and the rest is all a lie. She claims to have examined me, listened to my heart, stomach, checked eyes, nose ECT. This is all fraud. Trying to transfer from another Texas health location and being told it would be 7 weeks until I can get in to be seen. Terrible service and patience care just like the other Texas Health location in Allen.
Dr. Vandana Goyle is terrible. She refused to see my mother because she did not want to use a translator. How is that ethical? She didn’t want to deal with a translator so she told us to find a new doctor. Not only that, she notified us that she would be cancelling our appointment the day before the scheduled appointment. We had made the appointment several weeks beforehand and even confirmed that we would need a translator.
