I recently started working at Vancrest January 24, 2025 and I have loved every minute of it. The facility is clean, well maintained, and provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. With that being said the warm and supportive atmosphere makes it feel like a home away from home. I’ve worked at Vancrest for almost 3 years and it’s been the best job I’ve had by far… Sometimes I forget that I’m working in a nursing home because the place is always so clean. What really makes this nursing home 5 stars is definitely the residents and the staff. It’s like we are all a family. Vancrest is a top facility. The residents are super friendly and nice to everyone! The staff here welcomes everyone with open arms. The managers and bosses here are amazing if there’s an issue you go to them and they get it taken care of in a timely manner. The food is always very good, nice hot and fresh every meal! The facility is very clean and well taken care of no matter what. It’s an amazing feeling to be apart of such a wonderful team. I wouldn’t go any where else!
