Van Crest is extremely clean and always has the patients concern first and foremost. I have two members of my family that are residents there and we are extremely happy with their care.
My mother was in Vancrest for 3 years before she passed. In those 3 years I seen and felt the love that each and every one of staff members had for my mother. I will never be able to show all of you my gratitude and love for what you all have done for my family. From the bottom of my heart Thank You!
Very disappointed in the care my grandfather has received. Nurse on duty does not follow the orders for his cough syrup administration. Went to visit at 11am and she hadn't given it to him at all yet. He was coughing and wheezing. Asked for her to give him some, we waited another 30min and she still hadn't. Finally, decided to call Hospice on call for follow up. The orders in his chart say every 6 hours. Secondly, she never communicated the needs to nurse coming on at 2p. I love this facility!! Always clean and the food is awesome!! I’d recommend to family and friends!!
I recently started working at Vancrest January 24, 2025 and I have loved every minute of it. The facility is clean, well maintained, and provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. With that being said the warm and supportive atmosphere makes it feel like a home away from home. I feel that they provide a variety of activities and events to keep the residents engaged and entertained.
