The van was exactly what we needed for a great trip through southern Utah. Very cozy and comfortable. The van was easy to drive and Park. The bed was comfortable and the interior was surprisingly roomy. Stovetop was all we needed. There is an amazing amount of storage space. Really well designed! Looking forward to another trip!!
We had the pleasure of driving the VanCraft Rover this summer. We are Ed, Joe and Luca 12 , family from Germany. We were traveling in Colorado for good 12 days. We started in Denver. Here we really had optimal service from Aydin Every, the on-site manager. Cool guy! Makes it easy in every respect to have really good memories of this trip, even after the fact! * good to feedback that they have since confirmed no additional charges and I hope will review their systems. Really pleased with their response. As an experienced van renter, terrible experience with Van Craft. As a lone traveller with the van for a month, I found their customer service to be terrible. Returning the van the managers knew there had been issues but didn’t come out of their office. Left the return and issues to be recorded by a new staff member. Shower was installed not tested. We had a wonderful experience with Vancraft. From the moment we checked in, the procedure was simple. They got us on our way after a brief orientation and even recommended where to get our provisions. Our trip was spectacular through the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone and Montana.
