We've had our VanCraft Sprinter for a little over a year and LOVE IT. This past weekend was our 39th Wedding Anniversary and we spent the first night at Lizard Creek CG in GTNP, then the next day canoed across Jackson Lake to a remote campsite for 2 nights. This is my second van (AWD) from Van Craft and as usual am very satisfied with the product and the customer service. They were also very helpful in me selling my first van (2WD) . If you want a van that is rugged and classy but not over-the-top, both in accessories and price, go with Van Craft.

Great experience. Aydin is chill and the staff was communicative. They were very helpful and accommodating when I needed to extend my trip. The van builds are very solid and functional. Had a blast in the rental. Definitely choose VanCraft over the other Sprinter renters.

I bought a new camper van from Van Craft in 2023. They are very responsive to emails and text. After I bought the van, took it around Utah and texted Austin random questions like height of the van and tire pressure and he always got back to me. Now 2026, a few recalls on the van (normal for cars), I have a few weeks off for summer, contacted them if I can bring my van for the recall and add a peg board, which I should have done when I first bought the van. I am the third owner of my van and they treated me as if I were a new customer buying for the first time. Awesome people that were very helpful. Also they let me take their office dog for a walk. I feel like I am part of the family.
