Our brand-new ID. Buzz has had an air conditioning issue since day one. We reported it early, waited about a month for parts, and the car then spent a week being repaired. We got it back. Two days later, the AC stopped working again. Back to the dealership. “Fixed” again. Broke again. Now we are bringing it back for the FOURTH time for the exact same issue. I dropped my car Volkswagen Jetta 2021 off for service, went trough icbc because of rodent damage in wires/ harness so, finished job after 3 weeks, then I picked up the car and I drove an hour I parked at my condo parkade, open the hood and the coolant reservoir was quite empty(I found weird since my 5 year service was done 5 months earlier and the left it full) so I added more and close the hood then the next day I started driving and after 8 min driving the coolant warning level went off in my dash.
