I dropped my car Volkswagen Jetta 2021 off for service, went trough icbc because of rodent damage in wires/ harness so, finished job after 3 weeks, then I picked up the car and I drove an hour I parked at my condo parkade, open the hood and the coolant reservoir was quite empty(I found weird since my 5 year service was done 5 months earlier and the left it full) so I added more and close the hood then the next day I started driving and after 8 min driving the coolant warning level went off in my dash. My experience with this dealership has been disappointing. They rarely answer phone calls promptly, and when they do, it often takes an excessive amount of time to locate your file. Additionally, I found their overall service to be lacking in responsibility and professionalism. There are other Volkswagen dealerships that provide a more reliable and efficient customer experience.
