My experience with this dealership has been disappointing. They rarely answer phone calls promptly, and when they do, it often takes an excessive amount of time to locate your file. Additionally, I found their overall service to be lacking in responsibility and professionalism. There are other Volkswagen dealerships that provide a more reliable and efficient customer experience.

Excellent service department. Take your car here. Only a little bit more than Canadian Tire/Mr Lube but soooo much better. They know there stuff!!!
I was extremely happy with my recent experience with the VW service department at the Main St dealership. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle with them and unfortunately had a couple of issues after taking it home (things that weren't really able to be identified until I'd spent some time driving it). I took the car back to the dealership and met with Phil the Service Manager who was excellent. They took care of everything for me.
