My experience with this dealership has been disappointing. They rarely answer phone calls promptly, and when they do, it often takes an excessive amount of time to locate your file. Additionally, I found their overall service to be lacking in responsibility and professionalism. There are other Volkswagen dealerships that provide a more reliable and efficient customer experience.

Excellent service department. Take your car here. Only a little bit more than Canadian Tire/Mr Lube but soooo much better. They know there stuff!!!
I was extremely happy with my recent experience with the VW service department at the Main St dealership. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle with them and unfortunately had a couple of issues after taking it home (things that weren't really able to be identified until I'd spent some time driving it). I took the car back to the dealership and met with Phil the Service Manager who was excellent. They took care of everything for me. Feb 11th had my Jetta towed to the location, needing emergency service. Was fortunate enough to have service advisor Mickey Huang look after my vehicle. Suffice to say, I was not having the best of week and was overwhelmed with personal issues. Mickey assessed my situation and was able to quickly work out the best possible solution for my concerns!
