Came here for a second opinion and will be moving to this clinic! :) they were understanding of finances, explained everything clearly and were so caring towards me and my dog. I’m so impressed. Extra things like a little bow tie for my little dog show care!
I absolutely LOVED Dr. Amy Cheung. What a sweetheart of a person as well as knowledgable and great with my boy. Such a refreshing change from other vets we've tried.
The staff is very attentive. Both my cat, Cosmo, and I felt very welcome. They explained everything clearly, and the doctor was very attentive as well.
I was let down badly by my vet who after paying through the nose for diagnostics did not get in touch with me about my elderly dog's heart condition, despite numerous promises to for over a week, simply sending me another list of super expensive advanced diagnostics and leaving me to AI to try and analyse my dog's condition for myself. I had used VHH years ago, and only didn't this time because I couldn't face going there after my last dog spent his last day there, but it's been years, and I was ready.
